Ethical code

The following code of ethics is intended to establish a set of ground rules that we are committed to following and enforcing in all aspects of our business activities.

It is our clear and explicit intention to conform our conduct based on three principles.

Correctness

Treat others (customers, suppliers, employees) the same way we would like to be treated, and reject any behavior that might be considered improper or inappropriate.

Integrity

Respect and enforce this code of ethics in every situation, regardless of any professional, economic or social pressure or risk.

More specifically, we are committed to applying this code to the following three main areas of our business.

1. Relationship with customers and suppliers

In our relationship with customers and suppliers, we are committed to:

Present our products to customers in a complete and truthful way.
Negotiate and set a fair price for our products.
Continuously improve the quality of products and customer service.
Making sure that the terms and conditions of contracts are transparent and accepted by both parties.
Comply with the terms and conditions signed, whether we act as customers or suppliers.
Eliminate ambiguity or lack of clarity in our communications at every level as much as possible.

2. Relationship with employees

In our relationship with employees, we are committed to:

Make recruitments exclusively on the basis of skills and competences in compliance, however, with the applicable CCNL.
Avoid any kind of discrimination based on ethnic, religious or political grounds, or on any other aspect relating to the personal sphere of employees.
Creating and maintaining a healthy and safe working environment.
Pursue and respect within the organisation basic principles of Corporate Social Responsibility.
