The redevelopment project arose from the need to change the external appearance of a 1980s villa and remodel its interior spaces. Villa BT is located outside the urban centre of the city of Alcamo in a sparsely urbanised context that allows one to enjoy a suggestive view of the gulf of Castellammare del Golfo.

The interior design aims to remodel the spaces and improve their use in relation to the adjacent outdoor areas. The main room consists of an open space in which the living area is developed; the latter, if necessary, can be separated from the kitchen area by a system of retractable glass windows. A storage space in the centre of the house resolves the relationship between the living and sleeping areas by means of two separate entrances that guarantee fluidity to the internal distribution system. The design and realisation of made-to-measure furniture solutions maximise storage and make interior spaces unique; in the living area, the wall dividing the living area from the sleeping area is obtained by means of a composition of volumes of different materiality placed in a staggered manner in order to dilate the space and obtain an atmosphere with a unique character.

The modern and contemporary style dining room has a clean and essential design. The technicality of the Plot Frame suspension furnishes and illuminates the convivial table by taking up colours and materials, creating a perfect balance of space. The smallest suspension version with three diffusers is presented in the design, but the collection also includes a larger suspension with four spheres in a glossy white finish and a matt black frame. Plot Frame is also available in wall and floor versions. Dimmable LED source.
