Vistosi returns to Euroluce, the biennial exhibition dedicated to excellence in the world of lighting organised as part of the Salone del Mobile in Milan, scheduled from 14 to 19 April. The 2015 edition is a special one, celebrating the International Year of Light, proclaimed by UNESCO. What better occasion for Vistosi to present its 2015 collections, together with new partnerships and projects with leading designers and brands on the Italian and European scene. Once again this year, Euroluce, the leading international event in the lighting sector, will be the showcase for the presentation of new Vistosi products, the result of a wide variety of collaborations with creative designers, combining modern design with the versatility and accessibility of the models.

Semai, Nodo, StarNet, Puppet, Oto, Futura, Essence, Stardust: evocative names that speak of innovation, quality and refined design in products made from Murano glass and created by internationally renowned designers, with constant attention to trends in taste and market demands.

Chiari di Lunae: new lighting ideas at the Salone del Mobile

Euroluce 2015 will also see the preview presentation of the co-branding project between Vetreria Vistosi and Morellato, the leading Italian brand in easy-to-wear jewellery, for the creation of the limited edition StarNet collection, designed by Gianni Veneziano and Luciana Di Virgilio of the Veneziano+Team studio. This exceptional team has created Chiari di Lunae, a lighting system composed of handcrafted rods in pure Vistosi crystal, embellished with pearls, capable of enchanting the observer with the myriad seductions and facets of a luminous fabric that illuminates the environment through an LED source. An entirely Italian project, which draws on the artisan expertise of Murano glass, “dressing” it with precious, pure elements and evoking ancient suggestions of fine fabrics and brocades, in a fascinating blend of tradition and modernity.

Vistosi partners with Isabelle Rigal’s ‘Triomphe in tavola’

A shower of light emanating from thirty white glass drops, embellished with gold details: with these two compositions of glass pendants, Vistosi celebrates its partnership with Isabelle Rigal – a French-Italian designer and artist who collaborates with leading Italian, French, German, American, Japanese and Singaporean companies in industrial, furniture and interior design – for the Triomphe in tavola event, which will be held from 14 to 19 April at Palazzo delle Stelline, Milan, Corso Magenta, 63. The Franco-Italian artist and designer proposes a new concept of tableware, combining art, food and design. The vernissage will be held on Wednesday 15 April from 6.30pm to 9pm, followed by a VIP evening on Thursday 16 April from 7pm, by invitation only.
