Vistosi, a historic brand in the production of decorative blown glass lighting enters the metaverse of light with a major virtual project. An architectural concept that combines the old and the new, respecting the constructive and aesthetic rules of the island of Murano, in the heart of the Venetian lagoon, the place where the Moretti family’s historic glassworks has its origins. The new Vistosi Virtual Museum required the development of several integrated technologies. An immersive, multi-device, interactive experience integrated with digital presentation and sales tools makes the company’s new virtual project a new expression of dynamic virtual architecture, connected with the territory, with the collections and with the user experiencing it. More than eighty collections are exhibited in the inner boulevard crossed centrally by the water of the lagoon to create a continuum between inside and outside. A gallery with the LED technologies used by the company leads to a meeting room and the huge dedicated space, News Pavillon, designed to present new products and temporary exhibitions. Almost two years of project research and development, 20 professionals involved, more than 1,800 renderings realised, more than 90,000 3D video frames realised, 150 360° points usable, 7 integrated technologies, more than 500 pages developed, more than 600 3D models optimised.
