Technical, functional and aesthetic improvements
The entire Jube collection has been updated with significant aesthetic, technical and functional improvements.
Here is a brief summary:
- new screw-on balancing kit
- improved light diffusion
- removal of the upper screws in the light fixture
- reinforced stem
- new dedicated frame (SP G, SP 1G, SP P, SP 1P)
The lamps currently on the market already incorporate all of the improvements listed.
1 – NEW BALANCING KIT
PRODUCTS INVOLVED:
– JUBE collection
The new balancing system makes it easier to position and balance the glass and adjust the orientation between the rod and the diffuser.
Visible screws have been eliminated, ensuring a more stable fixing.
The new balancing kit is compatible with previously marketed lamps and is available on request.
Previous version
- Two circular elements fixed with three visible screws.
- Difficulty in sliding the glass during balancing.
- After adjusting the height of the glass on the stem, it was secured using grub screws that marked the frame in case of repositioning.
Updated version
- The two elements are screwed together, with no visible holes or screws.
- New system with ball turning to perfectly align the rod and source body.
- An internal seal ensures a better grip on the glass, which can now slide easily for precise adjustment.
- Teflon washer that allows you to adjust the height of the lens without damaging the frame.

2 – IMPROVED LIGHT DISPERSION

Improved light diffusion.
The height of the source body has been modified; it is now 5 mm taller than the previous version, allowing the LED to be moved back 5 mm from the diffuser screen.
Significant improvement in light quality by enhancing light distribution and eliminating the spotlight effect.
3 – REMOVAL OF SCREWS AND EXPOSED CABLE CLIPS

4 – MODIFICATION OF THE TIGE
PRODUCTS INVOLVED:

The metal rod has been reinforced by increasing the thread at the top (cable outlet). This has increased the contact surface with the terminal, ensuring a more secure fit for the steel cable and providing better support for the structure.
5 – NEW DEDICATED MOUNTING
PRODUCTS INVOLVED:

The SP 1G and SP 1P suspensions (with single glass) and the SP G and SP P suspensions (with double glass) were both designed for the installation of a second white diffuser glass using removable flaps supplied with the item.
With the new version, separate items have been created with double glass (SP G and SP P) and single glass (SP 1G and SP 1P).
Please note, therefore, that the two versions are no longer interchangeable: the configuration chosen at the time of ordering is final and cannot be changed after purchase.
With this modification, the components dedicated to each version have been redesigned to ensure greater glass stability and improved aesthetics.
Previous version
- Removable fin system for installing the single-glazed version.
- Possible misalignment of the white glass.
- Visibility of screws and slight misalignment of the frame, especially with lower installations.
Updated version
- Three spring system that facilitates and makes assembly safer.
- No risk of accidentally detaching the white diffuser during maintenance.
- Glass always perfectly centred in relation to the coloured diffuser.
- Engineered frame with no visible welds, folds or laser cuts.
- Perfect alignment of the glass on the LED, with flawless results.
