In 2017 Kooheji Jewelry celebrated its 65th anniversary with a series of major events such as the launch of its first Fajer collection, the opening of the new boutique in Al-Rashid town square in Al Hassa, Saudi Arabia, and the renovation of the Al-Rashid Mall in Al-Khobar.
The Italian Architect Giulio Miliotti, of Studio i.d.&.a. managed the interior design by choosing Vistosi’s incredible customization skills to bring the store’s the light installations to life. Countless strands laden with irregular fragments of pure transparent crystal and amber descend from the ceiling to create a dazzling display measuring over three meters. The singular “cotisso” (irregular chunks of colored glass) workmanship reflects the light, giving rise to an ever-shifting play of illumination.
